  1. I'm still in aw that our pitching staff has a Dickey, Johnson and now a Wang. Any Cox or Wood out there we could pick up ?
  2. This will probably sort itself out with injuries regardless, but i'd rather ditch Boni for cash and keep Kawasaki at 2B with Izturis on the bench.

  4. Or I could just simply be... If everyone was capable of fixing the holes in their swings, baseball would be a pretty crowded place. Some players excel, some players don't. Trying to figure out why one guy failed and one guy succeeded is as close to a fool's errand as you can get. Why can't every pitcher fix flaws in their mechanics and all learn to throw 95 mph?
  5. Understandable. I still love you man.
  6. His swing has holes. And if he played every day he would be exposed, just like Rajai Davis. The fact that Cleveland is using him sparingly which gives the appearance of him performing so well. If he was performing that well and people really thought he had the talent, he'd be playing every day.
  7. Sorry Brando, but this was a quality post.
  8. Super 8. They keep the light on for them.
  9. Ditto. This has been a very underwhelming draft.
  10. For the life of me I'll never understand why Blanco made this team... Thole was Dickey's catcher last year, ad you already had useless veteran presence in DeRosa. It made no sense... Ever
  11. Makes you wonder what kind of dollars he was asking for to keep sliding this far.
  12. Soo many commercials...wtf
  13. Hahah he said the 2000 first year player draft... Again
  14. Well poop... Frazier at 10 would ave been great
  15. Another bible thumper from buttf*** Texas... Who would have thought
  16. Yes bud, the whole f***ing world knows its the 2013 first year player draft.... YOu don't have to say it before every f***ing pick ....
  17. Love that pick. He would have gone off in Colorado
  18. So who wants to bet that AA goes way off the board with 10?
  19. All I hear is blah blah blah... MOAR RBIs... Blah blah blah
  20. Well easily defensible pick at #1
  21. Yes out of high school, he was going to college for sure but the jays took a flyer and tried to get him. It just didn't happen
  22. I think you assign far too much credit to the impact of a manager on his team. It's like you're saying that if Farrell were here this season the Jays would have an elite OBP with the same players that currently have a crappy one, and largely the same offense that he had last year, and had a crappy one.
  23. I said the same thing when I saw him in Vancouver last year. He is listed at 5'5" and he was standing next to Art Charles, who is 6'6" and built like a tank. It was comical.
  24. If he's throwing mid 90's with some semblance of command it wouldn't be out of the question for someone to steal him and stick him in the pen for a year then send him back down.
