  1. It really is Kershaw's world, the rest just pitch in it
  2. Would be nice to hear what fatass West had to say, he kept walking after Gibbons even after he threw him out. Everyone is there to watch the umpire show I guess
  3. He's not wrong. The whistle has been horrendously biased, as expected. That's just the reality of the NBA.
  4. Just one time I'd like to see an appeal and have the lease increase the suspension. Just like "ya know we kinda f***ed up with only giving you 8, so not only is your appeal denied but now you're suspended for 14 games. Thanks!" I know it can't happen that way, but it would be hilarious.
  5. Didn't do too bad, though looks like I'm getting f***ed by the rain in pittsburgh
  6. Wait till next year's last series in someone's final at bat. That's how the cool kids do it
  7. Nolan Ryan did the same thing back in the day after a few of his famous dust-ups.
  8. Weird, 8th inning, a 2 run lead ... starter left in the game and the first 2 get on while no pen arms are ready... It's like a broken record
  9. I don't think people are advocating trading him because he's a bad player... just that it's something to talk about given the emergence of Biyombo in these playoffs, the fact that there's no chance they could keep them both, and whether the downgrade on offense from one to the other is worth the defensive upgrade, the potential money savings, and the possible return of a very valuable asset that could make the team better. I don't know what I would do, to me it looked like JV was emerging defensively prior to the injury (not on Biz level mind you) and he already has the offensive game and ability to shoot free throws. Problem is, Biz is a free agent after he declines his player option, so you could possibly lose him for nothing. Raps dont have his bird rights so they have no advantage over any other team in signing him. It's worth having the conversation if the Raps are better with Biyombo starting with Nog backing up plus the potential trade return for JV, or JV and Nog with Biyombo just gone.
  10. Interesting. Not sure why you'd bother trading him at what's likely the lowest value he'd ever have.
  11. I really don't like the non existent movement without the ball by the Raps right now. Lowry drives, gets double teamed and there's nobody moving to pass to
  12. I enjoyed the ambience and the incredible experience outside Fenway, but theres a lot of atrocious sight lines all over that park. Great history but it's time as a relevant park has come and gone.
  13. Ive been to AT&T. I can't imagine a better place to watch a game. That being said, I've never been to PNC...or Safeco which I hear is amazing. I'll be crossing off Wrigley and US Cellular field in July. I would be crossing off Safeco in 2 weeks but unfortunately they're on a road trip when I'm there
  14. I know what you mean. There no way this series goes to 6 games.
  15. Man, if Biz ever develops an offensive game....
  16. No way the NBA/refs let that happen.
  17. Wow, lowry body checked during a shot, no call.... then they do call the next one but a non shooting foul when he was clearly shooting. .. 5 vs 8
  18. Oh look, smith wide open again....
  19. Guy is draining 3s like crazy and he's wide open every time. Demar can f*** off anytime
  20. Who the f*** is guarding smith? Oh wait... Demar is. of course.
  21. Lol, how dare anyone try to block Lebron.... gonna be a foul everytime.
  22. I don't think the downgrade on defense from Goins to Travis is even remotely close to the massive upgrade on offense. Travis was a positive defender in his time last year before the injury and there's no reason to expect him to be suddenly below average. He's not elite by any stretch, but he's not a brick-handed moron either. Travis had made 6 times the contributions to the Jays in 238 PAS than Goins has made in 861. It's not close.
  23. Forgot to put in the "about to be" part. Even so, the 3rd time through the order Happ is very hittable. .. opposing OPS near .800. It's the perfect time to have taken him out and let the pen work 6 outs with a 2 run lead.
