  1. He has to drive past a gym to go to the casino. That counts
  2. As predicted folks.
  3. Ump has been f***ing him too. Has taken 2 Ks from him
  4. Those are solid entries for a grade 6 kid. I have more respect for him now.
  5. Weird. Your first paragraph agrees that he isn't worth trade value, then goes on to say why he should have been traded for something of value even though your first statement says he wouldn't be worth something of value. Not sure what side you're on here. Also, just because you suggest a trade of X for X, then one X gets hurt and the other X does well, doesn't mean anything. I've suggested trading for Trout many times and still the Jays don't listen. Don't they get that he's pretty Good?
  6. This is true for everyone, even radio hosts like I used to be, couldn't stand listening to my own voice recordings
  7. It's a pretty calculated risk, there's a far greater chance of SRF sucking or being mediocre at best than there is of him pitching well. So while he has to fork out 100$ to someone, he'll get to post about how the money means nothing to him because he's such an amazing poker player and carries fat stacks everywhere with him, somehow believing this gives him e-cred, and also get to make fun of anyone who predicts a good performance, because somewhere in his brain, he thinks because people want SRF to succeed, that means the whole world thinks SRF is a future ace except him and only the brilliant tercet can see him for what he is, when there's nothing to predicting prospect failure since the vast majority of them fail and only the very few succeed. Basically, tercet is an insufferable prick who thinks people here give a f*** about his money or his baseball "knowledge"
  8. My guess would be all the players, managers, owners, employees .... and fans in China?
  9. Fangraphs has him as a future 60 grade CF, there's nothing in his defense I've ever read to suggest he can't even be better than that with reps. A 70 grade D isn't out of the question with improved routes and instincts, but those only come with time and can't really be expected. 70 grade speed with great acceleration gives him some leeway there also. I also expect he will be better than Pillar with the bat, which admittedly isn't saying much, but better with the bat with above average CF D for league min is fine in my books.
  10. So does Pillar. These never been any question about Alford's defensive ability
  11. 4.2 ip 2er 4h 3bb 7k 0hr 91p
  12. He never had value as a trade chip. Defense only CFs do not get anything via trade since they can easily be signed via FA for cheap, or a cheap version brought up from the minors at pretty much anytime.
  13. Doubtful. Alford could probably defense-only himself to 1.5-2 WAR
  14. Pannone had the suspension, hard to kick down the door with only 9 starts on the season.
  15. He now as more HRs than Ks at AAA so far
  16. Smoak's option isnt just decent, it's outstanding. That contract makes it palatable to DFA Morales and run with Tellez until you know what he's going to give you IMO.
  17. Except there is a question.
  18. Betts is a deserving candidate this season, he's putting up godly numbers along with Trout and Jose Ramirez. I'd probably vote for Ramirez right now if I had a say in it.
  19. Why is that the real question?
  20. Probably whatever cash the GM had in his pocket at the time
  21. Doesn't count. Hanging breaking ball.
