  1. It’s such a lazy and completely irrelevant comparison....hey guys, our 21 year old fatty has the same foot speed as someone who is 10 years older and has been a great offensive player for years ...so that must be good!
  2. He’s a clown, couldn’t be a worse choice. Gratz dude!
  3. Maybe offline too much? Hard to say from the angle we had
  4. Send out the ground crew, there’s a crater at home plate now
  5. Really? I always figured you for a catcher......if ya know what I mean
  6. I think he actually stepped further towards first than Ryu did. They could really solve this issue with a simple solution too. Draw a line at 45 degrees between the rubber and the plate. If the guys footdoesn’t land on the side of the line towards first, or right on the line, balk.
  7. Well you were half right. Once the lead foot crosses his back leg there’s only 2 places he can go...home, or to 2b if there’s a runner there.
  8. OMFG Vlad hit a fly ball!!!!!
  9. Not correct, his lead foot can’t cross the rubber and he has to clearly step towards first. He can’t step towards home and throw to first. His foot landed maybe a foot off line from home
  10. Except we need to do some photoshop, replace Acuna with an ice cream machine, and change the ball in Vlads hand to a 50$ bill.
  11. Wow, that was so close to a balk....if that is what’s considered a clear step to first, runners have no chance
  12. Lol, why can none of our Starters throw strikes ffs? Lolololol
  13. Good thing we have options like long-time defensive 3B stalwart Joe Panik for Montoyo to put at the hot corner. His immense experience at 3rd is such a pleasure to watch.
  14. Of course. Why stick around to clean up a disaster that he made? Much better to take over a new team where all the hard work was done already.
  15. Ho hum, another day, another jays pitcher who cant throw strikes
  16. Was it a short?
  17. Damn, don’t see Biggio chase that stuff very often.
  18. Looks like he’s just late. Needs a better timing mechnaism
  19. Oh Alford....3 straight meatballs swung through...lol
  20. Why you checking out the ump’s zone?
  21. I’m still trying to figure out why, in these early innings, when a guy throws 96mph heat that he’s chucking changeups early in the count when the Rays are clearly uninterested in swinging at the first one
  22. His curve is still a work in progress. Hatch himself only grades it as below average at the moment
  23. Jays pitch sequencing right now is driving me crazy....all these hitters getting balls 1 and 2 gifts because our guys insist on throwing first pitch sliders and changeups and end up out of the zone. The Rays know this and just spit on these first offerings.
  24. It’s not a big deal, it’s for this season only and makes total sense given the 60 game crapshoot schedule to try and recover some revenue. It’s not like this will be in place very year
