  1. It's not even done in a clever way. It's just proclaiming the outcome that the vast majority of prospects will have (failure) and somehow feel8ng that he's smart bbecause of it. Boy I bet pocket Aces will hold up against 7,2 off suit heads up the vast majority of the time and nobody else knows this! I r jenius
  2. Astudeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeyooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
  3. Vlad Guerrero jr diet plan?
  4. This is accurate. I'm confident my left leg weighs more than tercet
  5. Nice play by Flow Bichette there. I'll fight anyone who says he's not a SS
  6. #1 Grichuk has a season that remnds everyone why he was drafted 1 spot ahead of Mike Trout. #2 Aaron Sanchez IQ is confirmed to be 150, he's just been trolling us this whole time. He also starts throwing a 4 seam fastball more than once a month. #3 Devon Travis becomes the first MLB test subject for their new cybernetic implants for injured players program. #4 Stroman realizes that height actually does measure heart.
  7. It should have its own thread. This is monumental info
  8. Another victory for the nerds! https://blogs.fangraphs.com/war-update-catcher-framing/ Notable Jays notes: Russell Martin is now a 54.6 career WAR catcher. Danny Jansen has been above average so far.
  9. What the actual f*** was that s***** ass joke? Cmon man You're bettser than that.
  10. Unions only have to fight for their members. MiLB players are not part of the players union. So, while its a wonderful narrative that the MLB players union has somehow failed the MILB players, it's pure fiction.
  11. f***. I was looking for the "Old Rule Changes" thread
  12. September call ups are rarely anyone interesting anymore so this doesn't really change anything in that regard
  13. I'd share your enthusiasm if Jansen won RoY, but that would also mean that Vlad is probably dead
  14. Very true. But that 10 WAR would be more than Pillar over that same frame. Pillar is a fine defensive player and barely competent enough with the bat to make him playable. A slight dip in his defense and he's a 4th OF at best
  15. Well, 1 sentence was right, but then followed by verbal diarrhea, but finished on a slight upswing. Progress is being made
  16. You should. No team has 9 starting building block position players, 5 building block starters and a bunch of building block relievers.
  17. More routine ground balls and lazy flies is not the recipe for more excitement
  18. Strikeouts are boring and besides that, they're fascist. Throw some ground balls. It's more democratic.
  19. Meh, Waiver draft is pretty unimportant in the grand scheme of things. It's just not a priority for me to care about at this point in my life.
  20. Why are you and Todd the only posters that don't understand that you don't need to hit enter to start a new line in one long rambling incoherent sentence?
  21. Weight watchers new spokesman Vlad Guerrero Jr
  22. In no way, shape or form was Borucki the ace of anything.
  23. Better yet, a stairmaster, keto nutritional plan, and chain up the ice cream machine
  24. Reward success, not the absence of failure
