Alleged. However, some text messages and such of hers kinda made here out to be ... less than completely truthful in her accusations.
So, you have a person alleging assault, but at the same time having text messages on her phone stating she is inviting rough sex and wanting to get money from him in a settlement.
Does that excuse him if he went past their verbal agreements on what was allowed? No, but it does cast doubt on whether what he did actually did go outside the bounds of the agreed upon rough sex boundaries.
I'm not in the courtroom obviously but when she left things out of the declaration, they get found out, it casts doubt on her credibility, and thus it's only natural to question the validity of her accusations.
