  1. So is everyone on board with a Kiermaier beaning next inning if the Jays don't make it close here?
  2. Right up until Choi that is. This ump obviously favours the outside strike. I wouldnt even come close to the inner half with this clown behind the plate.
  3. Lets go Gurriel, send one into orbit please
  4. Yeah, though its hard to know how much is the umps influence with Bo. He's never met a pitch he doesn't want to swing at. Edit, after seeing that call to Teo... i now know the answer. WTF is wrong with this crew?
  5. Bit of a slump latelyy, still a 120 wRC+ for September. McGuire's wRC+ For september is -10. However, overall this season he is league average against RHP, so it's not super egregious.
  6. I dont know why they wouldnt just through a breaking ball or something. At least make it look unintentional and it just "slipped". Or throw behind him. Dont be one of those clows who takes 3 pitches to hit a guy with a fastball.
  7. I would agree with that. Just go for the thigh, no need to go headhunting.
  8. Not ever... but it feels like it. 2014 was the last series win there... and prior to that it was 2007.
  9. Objectively, the way he's been hitting this season it's actually better if the Jays don't hit him and actually pitch to him. That would hurt the Rays more.
  10. He was actually worse than Kulpa. He had 92% accuracy outside the zone and 90% inside. West was 91% outside, 89% inside. And both games, the 6 calls that were blown that made the most impact were all against the Jays. Just insane how bad those two have been the last 2 nights.
  11. If MLB allowed it, I don't think Gibby would even wear pants in the dugout. This is the kind of man I want managing the team
  12. Yup it was reaaaaaly bad. Even for Joe West
  13. Today I learned what a chattel was. Thank you.
  14. Yup. Those pants.... looks like 2 eggs in a hanky
  15. To many franchises... alot of money. To the Rays? Like... 20 bucks.
  16. Maybe as bad as Dan Iassogna's in the NY/Texas game the other night. He was only 80% accurate on pitches in the strike zone, and 90% on the balls outside the zone. It was garbo
  17. He’s been pretty wild, even with the low walks. yes, been getting it done, but it’s never been easy
  18. Romano needs to sort that s*** out in a hurry, he’s been pretty unremarkable lately
  19. Had alphaRomano for 2 hitters, now he can’t hit the broad side of a Joe West strike zone….
  20. Romano has been a bit wild lately…been getting the job done but not exactly dominant. Hoping for a bit more alphaRomano tonight
  21. Omg …that was a strike? Jesus this guy is far out to lunch he’s having dinner
  22. Richards can’t get a strike call unless it’s down the middle I guess. Granted he’s been a bit widld, but when the ump is telling you that you have to throw meatballs it’s probably a bit unnerving
  23. Both those pitches to Wendell were strikes….lol retire already ya f***ing joke
  24. Looks like Charlie has settled on Mayza, Richards for 7 and 8. Likely would flip flop depending on handedness of the batter
