    Why the f*** are you all panicking? Last time I checked it was still April and we're right in the thick of things. All we have to do the rest of the way is to hit more home runs, stop walking people, get some production from our stud 2B and avoid any further injuries. It's easy.     I'm sorry to have to say this but anyone who still thinks Goins can hit at the major league level is as dumb as s***. The guy is built like a 14 year old girl and is a complete black hole in the lineup. He's driven one ball as far as the warning track all year and is almost a guarantee at this point to either strike out or hit a weak grounder to the right side. He's also failed to make contact on a few hit and run plays that have led to the runner being thrown out. Not to mention his body language which speaks of a testosterone deficient fruitcake. Give it up guys (I'm looking at you Gruber), your boy-toy is a dud!

Seriously man, you're a terrible poster and the last thing anyone wants to see here is you embarrassing yourself even further by attacking/trolling someone much smarter.

    On one hand, the division actually does look kinda weak and the Jays have somewhat exceeded expectations, especially on defense. On the other hand, not one starter has shown the consistency of being a front-line/ace type pitcher and with less than 10% of the season having been played out, the MIF consists of Goins and Diaz with basically no other positional depth beyond that.

    This isn't really about the kids though, it's about you spending all offseason defending the decision to hand Goins the job - which is now making you look even more foolish with every failing AB.

    Not too sure about that. He had a .282 OBP in his rookie season and was the only person to break Verlander's perfect game bid when he drew a 12 pitch walk. Don't get me wrong, I wanted JP gone as much as anyone else here (mostly because of his D) but IMO some of his failure with the bat is attributed to a terrible approach at the plate which was never identified/eradicated by this club.

It's absolutely pathetic that he's the best option on a team with a $140M payroll and only an idiot would support such incompetence! Apparently 4 innings is enough of a sample size for you to claim Darvish "will eventually turn into Dice K" but when it comes to a s***** hitter like Goins, "he has to be given a few months" to prove himself despite not having shown any signs of being able to handle the bat.
