    My friend. I don’t consider myself a villain. Just some people take me that way. And I do like to run my mouth when my guys start clicking, so I can legit be villainousness in that way, I guess. I wish I could post the whole transcript of how it all went down. If you’re going to neuter me on stuff like that, take your league and shove it up your ass lol.     Yeah. That’s what I mean on Bo. Like he’ll probably find his way again soon, too young to be busting with his sustained success but it’s going to maybe come soon after his FA, and he’s not a great defender. If he gets down to the .750 OPS, that’s not a guy you want to even be paying $20m/yr to unless you have a $300m budget

    If season ends today and Vlad was FA, not sure what the market value would be. Pretty interesting. Belly is a comp of sorts. Though admittedly quite different in that he plays a premium position, which would stand to reason his deal would be more

    I think without question, even on the small heater without many HR, it’s pretty clear you gotta take Vlad to FA. Bo just seems like a dude that wants every cent and even though he’s likely going to get back to .800 OPS guy, it’s not worth the money he’ll want. .750 OPS isnt far from .820. Will be a quick step there one day. Not like his D is great. Hopefully he plays better to have proper value. I think even if you rebuild (though they’ll 100% call it a re-tool and not rebuild), with all that money they spent, you need some commercial appeal still. This isn’t NBa tank nation, which is even starting to not work out with their lottery system

    Jokes aside, mostly Spanks fault for always trying to put the spotlight on me for making jokes. Combine that with the collusion of the Admins, I didn’t stand a chance. W/e. Objectively speaking, having someone of the villain variety makes things more intriguing, but if you wanted more vanilla leagues, you got them. I’ll do money leagues, but I’ll take a couple of guys with me w/free stake in startup one next year for old times sake.

    What receipts are you looking for? Do you want him to run calculations of your posting history after Jays losses vs wins, once it’s been clear that the Jays are s*****. So youll need establish an arbitrary line for that. Would you put that work in?

    Jo Adell was very seriously considered of being a DFA at the end of ST. He was absolutely not in LAAs plans. He would’ve cost someone that probably doesn’t even make the majors.

    Bat speed just seems like a nerd stat you guys were all dying for that doesn’t mean a lot. I’m sure I can swing faster than many mlb players. Of course, as players advance in age, I imagine loss of bat speed is normal. I’m sure through thousands of regular repetitions and their gradually changing swing speed, a new timing mechanism kind of naturally develops. What nerd stats would matter is how hard they’re hitting the ball, how often they’re barreling up, etc. I’m sure you could probably jump in to a pile of thousands of data crunch hours studying bat speed and it’s doubtful you’ll have any useful information at the end..

    On a team where he fits, he’d be a beautiful piece. Hopefully they can move him for a nice return. He’s not made for being the building block of a rebuilding team. He’s a “finish piece”

    Seager really heating up. Figured he would. I have a rebuilding team and moved him and Framber for Jung, Hunter Brown, and Jackson Ferris. I had earlier been turned down on Seager for Jung 1 for 1 a few weeks back Actually, right after the Jung delay news I tried the 1 for 1 thing again, but he only agreed to that deal

    Yeah. It’s funny bc it’s like they got into trouble for having too much fun when they under performed. Now they're underperforming even worse and you wonder if something like that (not necessarily the same thing) would be good to build an identity and get guys out of the .200 2 rut

    Adell slumping but he also got DFA’d at the end of Spring. Still hitting better than Varsho. Jays couldn’t have for equivalent of a $2. Another guy I have, Miguel Vargas. LAD may have swapped for an A ball lottery ticket. Nimmala blows.

    Somehow I didn’t know who Colt Keith was and I kept an eye on prospects. Don’t know how I whiffed on him. He’s my new 2b love affair. Gelof is for the birds
