  1. It’s terrible. All their good writers were plucked by people who presumably would actually pay them, thus they’re scraping the bottom of the barrel with guys who think they’re women fighting for equality in baseball.
  2. Loved watching Thornton getting out of that jam. Guy has some serious compete! Reese McGuire did a great job too.
  3. Hoping Vlad's first taste of failure (relatively, of course) motivates him in the offseason. His athleticism isn't the issue, but being better prepared physically can only make him better on both sides of the ball.
  4. Diamondbacks closer Archie Bradley available for your first rounder. Top 100 player Jonathan Villar also available. Would love to acquire some pitching somehow too. If you have injured starters let’s make a deal.
  5. Well not sure what more a guy is supposed to do than make 29 starts last year and 22 so far this year to prove that he’s healthy. Any pitcher might spend half the year on the DL. You’re healthy until you’re not, and unfortunately there’s no way to predict when you’re going to go on the DL
  6. And, by the way, Yordan Alvarez isn’t a top 100 prospect because he will have to play 1B. Law is a complete joke.
  7. Zack Wheeler and Kyle Gibson for me please. Those two would go a long ways to solidifying the rotation Wheeler Gibson Shoemaker Thornton Pearson Murphy Bouricki? Kay Merryweather Waguespack Not pretty, but at least you can envision a path to that becoming an average rotation. Of course, the bullpen is still a tire fire and needs to be addressed
  8. Congrats to Boseph Be prepared to be disappointed
  9. You're equating taking pre game inny/outty as doing more work over the course of the year. C'mon man stahp it
  10. Or you know, you could just leave? Does the thought of having tercet in red get you off or something?
  11. I made that offer before he came up, you're lucky you didn't see it
  12. So that's a no? Soft if true 100 bucks he has a wRC+ of at least 90 at the end of the year minimum 50 AB's.
  13. Did you see my bet regarding Bichette being a disappointment?
  14. What if I am? You sound retarded every time you post
  15. Seems extremely unlikely the Jays would bring anyone in if they’re skeptical about their character right now. Part of the reason they cleaned house was to turn over the culture to the young guns.
  16. Yup, this is about the most extreme case available in the MLB. Can the Astros turn the league’s worst starter into a dominant reliever or passable starter? We will see.
  17. Do you think his last three starts should’ve boosted his value when there are like 400 innings stating he sucks? No we don’t need pitching for the rest of the year. This is tank nation. All I heard during spring training was how we needed room in the rotation to see what the kids can do. Well now we finally get our chance.
  18. Derek Fisher is a pretty good return for a couple of bums
  19. Greinke to HOU
  20. Remember when everyone was pissed Clayton Richard and Clay Buchholz were going to take innings away from Ryan Bourucki and Trent Thornton? Good times
  21. You gonna respond to my offer?
  22. If I had the opportunity to be put in the octagon with one person in the world, it's probably Keith Law. He's a grade A piece of s***
  23. Huuuuge risks with projectable 18 year olds with plus athleticism and velocity. Always take the under sized pitchability guy, this is evident by the way teams draft.
