I wanna move a prospect or package of them for a starter. Probably not moving Groshans or Kelenic, but guys like Puk, Garcia, Gray, Robinson etc are on the table. Also have injured starters Stroman and Chirinos I’ll use to facilitate a deal.
Ya but they needed innings in the worst way. That’ll happen.
With those four guys under contract it makes their job this winter a lot easier. Go sign someone to slot between Ryu and Pearson. Depth will be fine, adding one more above average SP gives them a pretty good rotation.
Then it will be about finding someone to play third. That is a massive sore spot on this roster. At least the minors are full of guys playing on the left side.
Great move honestly. Adding a guy with two additional years of control is a pretty big deal for this club. The rotation looks like it’s one addition away in the offseason from being set for 2021 and Ross is never going to eat up a bunch of cash.
No. Gaining strength allows you the freedom to move more properly and with less pain. With that comes an increased ability to challenge the body physically. Increased physical activity produces a healthier human.
Most fat people are weak. That’s the truth.
Good luck to him next year. Tough year for kids in sports to be honest.
That’s the typical progression for a 16 year old male. Strength gains have never equaled mass. Two separate entities. Those strength gains will make a massive difference in his athletic abilities.
Anybody will be better than Panik and Santiago. Villar would be a great guy to have on the bench if and when Bichette comes back. Switch hitter who can swipe a bag.
