  1. Great move honestly. Adding a guy with two additional years of control is a pretty big deal for this club. The rotation looks like it’s one addition away in the offseason from being set for 2021 and Ross is never going to eat up a bunch of cash.
  2. No. Gaining strength allows you the freedom to move more properly and with less pain. With that comes an increased ability to challenge the body physically. Increased physical activity produces a healthier human. Most fat people are weak. That’s the truth.
  3. Good luck to him next year. Tough year for kids in sports to be honest. That’s the typical progression for a 16 year old male. Strength gains have never equaled mass. Two separate entities. Those strength gains will make a massive difference in his athletic abilities.
  4. You don’t understand hypertrophy vs strength
  5. Yes you can. In fact, the most effective way to lose weight is to gain strength.
  6. Increasing muscle mass and increasing strength are not the same thing. You do not need to increase mass to increase strength.
  7. Wow, awesome. This is a much deeper club than it was on Sunday. The playoffs will be easy to make.
  8. That’s an easy price to pay.
  9. Great fit, presumably low cost. This has been a good deadline
  10. Anybody will be better than Panik and Santiago. Villar would be a great guy to have on the bench if and when Bichette comes back. Switch hitter who can swipe a bag.
  11. Would love to acquire some starting pitching. Sent some offers out but if you have a starter you’re looking to move I’d be interested
  12. I would support a Kyle Seager acquisition. The cost would be low and the team can afford to take on some payroll.
  13. They can make a meaningful change in their communities with their time. That would be a good start. Not everything just needs money thrown at it.
  14. Bo is the face of the franchise
  15. I took Wilderd Patino and William Contreras with my last two picks
  16. Taking Kevin Alcantara
  17. Great choice
  18. It more likely speaks to how advanced the Yankees are at squeezing talent out of players. Nothing more nothing less. Gio was a nobody before getting to the Bronx.
  19. We all cry about activity in the board leagues. We get a new active member and guys like to talk to him like he's retarded for trying to move up in the draft. He's active on the boards, sets lineups, makes trades, etc. Who gives a s*** if he's trying to grease somebody into getting a higher pick? Pretty sure Pendelton had zero conscience when he greased the trade he made a couple weeks ago.
  20. Too long to bother You know I'm right I've been through soooo many drafts that I know the perceived value of pick 104 These comments make you sound lame. Be better.
  21. Well said Too many guys who haven't won f*** all thinking they're BJMB fantasy legends I also agree with your point that if we can't discuss politics and covid that we should be enforcing guys acting like douchebags too. What's fair is fair. If we want a happy little utopia then lets make it happen!
  22. I'm taking Aaron Bracho, ecstatic to get him with my first pick Spanky you're up
  23. I would've taken him top 15 for sure
  24. Good to know you're on top of things Jimmy
