I think everyone expected a suspension. Maybe 100 games or something. The problem is the lack of consistency when assigning punishment. The vendetta held against Bauer by MLB along with saving the Dodgers ass is the only reason for 300 games. You cannot justify 20 for Ozuna, 100 or whatever for Chapman and 300 for Bauer. Impossible
