  1. A f***ing clinic from Kevin Ginkel
  2. Lol no kidding. Bet he’s glad he couldn’t log into his google authenticator
  3. I disagree but can understand your frustration
  4. Moreno actually made a great play. By heading to second he forces the Phillies to exchange the lead run for an out. In the top of 5 in Game 7 it shows great baseball instincts
  5. Great base running by the Dbacks
  6. You guys should argue whether or not chemtrails should be classified as clouds after you’re finished
  7. I find beauty in playing the games. I understand not everyone feels this way
  8. Those are just computer numbers. They don’t factor anything else like being obese 39th most valuable player in baseball on July 21 is so cringe you wonder if the Fangraphs guys even watch the games
  9. Rangers without deGrom still getting it done. Pretty impressive
  10. Imagine staying with Maldonado with Yainer Diaz on the bench in Game 7
  11. Just used France as the whipping boy
  12. That was a great play indeed!
  13. Lmao this is awesome
  14. What a disaster. Pretty sure lots of posters saw this coming a few years ago. Not saying I was one of them but this is exhibit A of how to not run an org Mackenzie Gore James Wood, Susana and CJ Abrams for the pleasure of rostering Soto
  15. Yikes. Imagine how bad things would have to get to leave SD for SF
  16. I would argue a proactive approach to correcting this would be a good plan
  17. I honestly think it’s sort of crazy to think big league hitters wouldn’t be able to take advantage of tells like this Tipping pitches can easily be explained as release point or arm action, which teams identify and then take advantage of
  18. Luckily for the Jays they won’t have to worry about him then
  19. True. Braves have Strider and then Fried but after that it’s like Bryce Elder and AJ Smith Shawver with an injured Charlie Morton. Phillies might have a better 1-2-3 in Wheeler-Nola-Suarez by comparison The Rays were a shell of themselves by the time October came. Sure they had 99 wins but they weren’t the same team as they were early on
  20. Feels like the complaining about this trade will go on for years too If there was ever a group of people who need to “touch grass” it’s the guys incessantly complaining about this trade to this day
  21. Other than the Braves the other “top teams” all had major flaws The Dodgers had no pitching The Orioles staff sucks ass The Brewers lost their ace The Rays lost like three of their five best players (Franco, Rasmussen, Springs) For instance looking back on it you can easily argue the Phillies are much more prepared for the playoffs than Baltimore and probably LAD. I’m more interested in who can bring the best 26 men in October than who has the deepest 40 man roster to endure the 6 month regular season
  22. I’m not sure what you’re trying to say. Of course it’s easier to see on a screen with a pause button than in real time. He’s also apparently sitting 92-93
  23. Yup the chin is a big giveaway too. If you break down the pitches from the tweet above you can really see how he gets on top of the front leg as sort of a catapult action on the fastball (stiff front leg and chin reared back) and the change up he stays back on with a lower angle on the block leg He’s getting by with good enough stuff even at the AFL level but that would get exposed at the big league level I’d think
