  1. flags fly forever! we traded Syndergaard for Dickey man
  2. if your beef was frozen before it might be dried out, and it will be more gray than brown same with ground turkey
  3. the beef complicates things you also have to buy beef which complicates life. or thaw beef which sucks to remember a good idea to balance the meal is to throw random veggies in with the pasta
  4. - boil water - cook pasta 8-10 minutes - strain - throw s*** sauce in same pot, with burner on - let sauce cook for like 60 seconds - throw hot pasta back in pot, stir for a minute eat don't forget to turn burner off do your dishes you don't need ground beef. beef doesn't belong in pasta. f*** whoever thinks it does.
  5. On second thought, this is basically just the AFL, lol.
  6. Are you actually asking for advice on how to cook dry pasta?
  7. Yes, an aluminum pot for sure. On an electric or gas stove.
  8. This is the best idea I've ever heard. An org on org prospect team series. Just some friendly games, not sure when they would happen. Teams have limits on the amount of players from a level, say 5 players max from AAA, AA, A+, A, and A- (or something like that.) It would get a ton of viewership AND would be a very valuable evaluative tool for teams and public scouts.
  9. minor league deals never bother me but for some reason this feels gross
  10. f*** spaghetti make gnocchi
  11. how tall was Pudge? How big is Martin? big isn't even an asset for a catcher. Compact frames seem to work well.
  12. I dunno who this! Lazarito and Lourdes will also be super exciting to finally see in action. boooo
  13. 60/70 hit, 55 raw power, 70 arm, can absolutely catch. His ceiling is essentially Posey/Lucroy/Yadi/Young Mauer, in other words, he could be the best C in professional baseball if he maxes out his development.
  14. No way. 40 years old and wasn't even great last year. Not closing. Cut away.
  15. Yeah let's not invite a bunch of reddit morons to these hallowed grounds
  16. Teams that don't have cuts already processed on the spreadsheet are: North Gibbers jays_fever Kingkat Havok Speedy BTS TCA FTD please remember to post your cuts/keeps and make your Yahoo selections before Sunday midnight
  17. Prospect that might be as exciting to watch as vlad = a very short list Kopech (100! and he punches people!) Espinoza/Groome/Yadier Alvarez - if projectable future Aces are what you're into Francisco Mejia - do you like hit streaks? Rowdy Tellez - do you like watching Kieth Law shrink into irrelevance? Moncada Matt Chapman - i mean, double plus arm, plus field and plus raw power is a viewer's delight tool package. (but this is "exciting to watch" and not really "exciting to follow." Lewis Brinson is cool too. Pick any of the top 6 shortstop prospects - do you like shortstop prospects? Robles/Moniak... Leody Taveras maybe
  18. That's kind of why I prefer starting extra innings pitch counts with 1 or 2 balls, if they really need to change the rules. It would still kind of be the same game, but run expectancies would be much higher and marathon games would be much less likely.
  19. There's also no situation where we automatically play 3on3 hockey. Runners get on second base with no outs all the time in baseball. Sometimes they don't even deserve it (four pitch walk + wild pitch!)
  20. Contrarily, 3 on 3 overtime is also a gimmick but hockey fans (myself included) love it.
