Boxy stole him with the second last pick of the waiver draft. Ace would quit the league a month later, and ultimately disappear from the board. He also made no fewer than five illegal adds in the LoD. Jake Lamb, of course, would OPS .841 in 2016 with 29 dongs, making him a top 100 player in Yahoo. In true Boxcar fashion though, he was flipped in April of 2016 for... ummm.... John Lamb.

Yes if marketed correctly it could be a huge hit. They already don't push the Futures Game enough, IMO. An all top prospects HR derby, skills tournament, and set of friendly games would be f***ing dope. Have it run on the off-days around the MLB All Star game, and the afternoons before MLB All Star events. Constant coverage on MLB Network. Call it the MiLB Combine.

Olerud #3 BA Delgado #4 BA, then #5 Alex Gonzalez #4 BA, then #8 Wells #4 BA (then #12) Snider hit #5/#6 by BP/BA Green #6 BA Rios #6 Jose Silva ??? #10 BA who I think that's it for top 10 prospects since the era of lists began Vlad will have a hard time being #1 even if he develops. The trend now is to name two way players the best in the game and Vlad will likely not have very much defensive value.

And BP is normally the outlet that tries to be "first" and hype up teenagers with extreme tools or nice skill-sets. Ex., they ranked Anderson Tejeda. BP has been gutted recently in the scouting staff department. I wonder if nobody got a good look at Vlad. Or there is some stupid scouty reason like "bad body" to leave him off. BP's list seems worse and worse the more I look at it. They ranked Nick Williams...

Yeah if it was present day, Vlad's hit would be maybe a 35, his fielding would be maybe a 30, Alford's hit would be a 40 or worse, etc.

no lid medium-high heat break it up with a wooden spoon / spatula constantly if you overcrowd the pan a lot of the beef might end up steaming which will be more gray. browning comes from contact with the pan at high heat... it's basically searing i think. can try smaller batches
