Russell Martin is -25. Being under 0 is the same as being over 200. Not sure why someone decided with these + and - stats that 100 should be league average. Why not zero? It would seem to make more sense and be more intuitive if a person with a -20 wRC+ was 20% below league average.

I actually drafted Stroman two years ago in a deep dynasty league. So I thought very highly of Stroman last year. His minor league numbers were excellent at every step.
