Right. If you can pick one stat-sheet attribute in a pitcher prospect, and you're not allowed to pick "run prevention" or something cheeky like that, you pick K rate.
If SRF can continue to shave that BB/9 down as the season continues, he could end up with similar numbers to Tyler Glasnow's 19 year old kick at A ball.
For those that don't have the link, this site is awesome http://mlbfarm.com/index.php?team=TOR
You can also create a custom list and bookmark it, and it saves your dudes (for your fantasy teams or whatnot).
The Blue Jays will have basically no holes on offense now.
K f***ing P has 1.5 fWAR in 73 games - 4th best on the team. So nice of him to fill the hole left by Pompey. With an 89 wRC+ and extremely positive baserunning, he really hasn't been a hole in the lineup.
The only issues are on the defensive side now:
LF - awful
SS - not good
backup C - garbage (hard to complain about this though).
Would be nice to keep everyone healthy and then replace Carrera with a spry Saunders.
Pretty excited to see Alford with a clean slate in A+. Wipe away all of those weird, exciting, confusing BB%, K%, and BABIP numbers, and let us see where he really is as a hitter.
Hit some dingerz, Tony.

Desmond was a s***** major leaguer for 2 full seasons before something clicked, and even when he was good, the profile always smelled like a potential quick decline. I wouldn't be shocked if he was just suddenly done.
I have no idea how good Brentz' stuff is, but the fact that I have no idea how good it is tells me that it's *retarded* to even mention Betances.
I'm guessing Betances sits at a higher velocity than Brentz has ever touched
Betances throws 100 with an 80 grade out pitch, lol
