    Backloaded so the early part has good value. Although the last two years (ages 31/32) at $12M per will be way too high for a defensive specialist whose defense won't be all that special anymore, he still may be tradeable if the Rays eat half. Grichuk's final two years won't be tradeable period, unless the Jays eat 90%.

    No resemblance of a plan at the plate whatsoever. Who the f*** is this new hitting coach we have? It almost feels like that the fact that he can communicate more easily to the Latinos gave him a leg up in the hiring process. It's the end of May and there has been nothing.
