Gotta love Dodgers and all their heavy analytics and stuff, and then they pinch hit and the guy strikes out bunting. Lol.

So much crappy baseball in this game

    Base coach's fault
  16. Stangstag
Lol wtf is going on with this 3rd base coach?
  17. Stangstag
Watch Werth get picked off here
  18. Stangstag
Ok, Urias' pickoff move is complete BS. I don't understand how the umps can't call it a balk
  19. Stangstag
I understand, but it just rubs me the wrong way that 2 entire fanbases (potentially 3 if LA goes to the NLCS) are shafted to make sure that 1 team has all the prime time games. It's complete ********.
  20. Stangstag
Yeah but at least it will be prime time for Chicago! Gotta love screwing over 3 fanbases just to please 1. Money money money

Remember that time Edwin played LF last year? Good times

I'm not sure why everyone keeps saying/implying that not signing Edwin and Jose automatically means the team doesn't want to compete. Umm no. If the front office thinks the money is better spent on younger guys that provide SOME defensive value, then I want them to do that. Everyone talks about losing "fans" if we don't sign Edwin/Jose, but do you know what ACTUALLY loses fans? A s***** old team that can't compete. Edwin and Jose are getting old, and their production could very easily drop off a cliff. I would hope Shatkins' decision hasn't been swayed by playoff performances. The bottom line is this: build a competitive team, and the fans will continue to show up. You don't sign players just for fan service, because the fans will abandon the team quick if those player fail to perform and the team turns to s***. My only issue would be if the front office decreases payroll next year. Letting Edwin/Jose walk doesn't necessarily mean payroll will decrease. People should stop equating the two.

"Looking like". It's just my guess
  24. Stangstag
So it's looking like: Estrada vs Kluber Stroman vs Bauer Happ vs Tomlin Sanchez vs Clevinger

We're not the only fans that are selling tickets like crazy on stubhub. Look at the Dodgers yesterday: http://m.imgur.com/a/Ksg5K
