  1. Totally a no-brainer. Even if he's garbage next year, 3 million is almost nothing.
  2. Props to him. He put up a great at-bat. The worst part is how good Kim has been for the Os this year, and they were trying to find a loophole in his contract so they could send him back to Korea because he was so bad in spring training. f*** the orioles.
  3. Nope. I wasn't comfortable with the QO for him in June, and i'm even less comfortable now.
  4. Tickets to the possible tiebreaker game are on sale now. Ticketmaster
  5. 4-seam and Cutter. Brooks has them separated: http://www.brooksbaseball.net/pfxVB/pfx.php?s_type=3&sp_type=1&batterX=0&year=2016&month=9&day=28&pitchSel=532077.xml&game=gid_2016_09_28_balmlb_tormlb_1/&prevGame=gid_2016_09_28_balmlb_tormlb_1/
  6. Sure, maybe fatigue is making him less "sharp" and making him unable to hit his spots, but his velocity is not down like you keep saying
  7. I was at the game last night and saw a bunch of 95/96 EDIT: Brooks baseball shows an average fastball velocity of 96.2 MPH for Osuna last night. So it has nothing to do with velocity.
  8. His velocity isn't down
  9. No, Barnes has reverse splits IIRC
  10. It should probably be Sanchez starting, with Happ and Stroman available out of the bullpen if need be.
  11. Hasn't Estrada been really good against Baltimore? He could be an option too
  12. Yeah I think Grilli has to have high leverage situations taken away from him for the time being. He's been pretty damn bad lately and Cecil and Biagini have been better. Mark my words, Benoit/Grilli will cost us at least 1 game in the playoffs.
  13. Jays scored 5 runs, that should be good enough. Bullpen f***ed it up today. Sucks to see a great start from Happ go to waste. Good series though. Offense is looking a lot better this last week. Just need 2/3 from the Os and then 1 from Boston. 3-3 for the final stretch should be good enough for the wildcard.
  14. Nothing nearing THAT stupid.
  15. Possible destinations for Edwin: Boston, White Sox, KC, Texas, Houston, Seattle? NL teams like the Mets and Cardinals could also try and sign him
  16. Pretty sure some of his friends on the team can/will take care of Jose's family. Stanton was probably a good friend, and he's making like 30 million a year for the rest of his life. Jose's family won't be rich like they could have been, but they definitely won't be struggling.
  17. He looked pretty dominant against Seattle. I think the Yankees just have him figured out since he faces them so often. Same way we kinda have Betances figured out.
  18. http://mediadownloads.mlb.com/mlbam/mp4/2016/09/25/1187670583/1474832594535/asset_2500K.mp4 Casey McGehee interview
  19. Holy s***. This is terrible news for the Marlins, and terrible news for the sport of baseball.
  20. I definitely bought cheaper tickets this year (500s) because I know I probably wont have extras to sell. It was kinda cool to have the whole strip last year, I was able to sell some for double/triple face and they paid for the games I did go to.
  21. I wouldn't say the Tigers are a lock. They've got 4 games against Cleveland (who have destroyed the Tigers this year) and 3 against the Braves (who have been playing well lately). Also 2 more against KC
  22. Baltimore could very well fall out of a playoff spot tonight.
