  1. Yeah that’s all the luck we’ve been missing this past week. Finally something going our way
  2. Wow, would you look at that. Castillo pitching way better than Lawrence/Hatch. Who would’ve thought???
  3. I don’t think you’d get a worthwhile package from any team. He’s got 4 more years of control, maybe think about a possible trade when he’s got 2 years left if the team isn’t competitive.
  4. Vlad smacking the ball hard today so far
  5. July 10 Vladdy - 1 Point - Kirk - 1Point - Springer - 1 Point - Bichette - 2 Points - Stangstag Chapman - 2 Points - Hernández - 2 Points - JaysAllMighty, Omar, Effit Gurriel Jr - 4 Points - Dylan Espinal - 6 Points - Biggio - 6 Points - JFD, Spanky99 Moreno - 8 Points - LTBF, Jays4life19, P2F Tapia - 8 Points - Zimmer - 9 Points - Off the bench: 10 Points -
  6. Anyone else feel like maybe someone from the core group of jokesters needs to go? Vlad-Teo-Gurriel-Springer Obviously Vlad is staying, Springer is signed long-term, so that leaves Teo/Gurriel. Would the team benefit from trying a bit of a retool at the deadline just to shake things up and give the guys a bit of a wake up call? Thinking to trade one of Gurriel/Teo for pitching and then trade a prospect for a corner OF, preferably a lefty.
  7. We’ll know by the end of the season where they stand
  8. Also the death of Budzinski’s daughter that day. Just an awful day and awful week for the Jays
  9. Out-hit the Mariners AGAIN and lose AGAIN
  10. Truly an epic collapse in the works
  11. Incoming solo shot for the Mariners
  12. Un f***ing real This is brutal
  13. Agreed, I really like him but damn he makes some really stupid mistakes. And he’s been in the league long enough to know these things.
  14. Jesus f***ing christ. Teo and Gurriel both dumb as bricks
  15. July 9 Vladdy - 2 Points- Spanky99, LTBF Kirk - 2 Points - Springer - 4 Points - JFD, JaysAllMighty, Omar Bichette - 4 Points - Chapman - 4 Points - Stangstag Hernández - 4 Points - Effit Gurriel Jr - 8 Points - Dylan Espinal - 12 Points - Biggio - 12 Points - Moreno - 16 Points - Tapia - 16 Points - Zimmer - 18 Points - Off the bench: 20 Points -
  16. Ross is definitely in the hot seat these next couple weeks. Being a GM is probably fun but extremely stressful. Gotta worry about the draft and entire direction of the franchise possibly
  17. Totally agree with this. Syndergaard alone would have helped the team more than Dickey in 2015/2016. That’s not even considering d’Arnaud. And AA had the same mentality that Dagagad has right now. Started trading all the prospects 2012-2013-2014-2015 and the team didn’t even start winning until the end of the “window” (Bautista and Encarnacion’s final years.) The only trades that actually worked out were Donaldson (at the time we didn’t even give up a lot) and Price (rental). They would have been better off keeping all those guys they traded away, and they would have continued to be competitive in 2017/2018 and maybe make supplemental signings to that roster. Then the “rebuild” period would have been 1-2 years tops. Don’t sell the farm to try and compete in a “window”
  18. I believe it got all screwed up due to the DP in the 10th. Only 2 batters came to the plate that inning and the score tracker/gameday program had an aneurysm thinking the Mariners batter was the 3rd Jays batter
  19. My biggest problem with the game last night was 0 walks against Borucki. Feels like the team is incredibly swing-happy over the course of this losing skid.
  20. Friday night late and the game is only on AppleTV And they’ve been sucking so…
  21. Against the Yankees of course. I’ll take it I guess, its more important that the Redsox lose.
  22. July 8 Vladdy - 1 Point - Dylan Kirk - 1 Point - Springer - 2 Points - Bichette - 2 Points - Stangstag Chapman - 2 Points - Hernández - 2 Points - Gurriel Jr - 4 Points - Espinal - 6 Points - Biggio - 6 Points - Moreno - 8 Points - Tapia - 8 Points - Zimmer - 9 Points - Off the bench: 10 Points -
  23. Any possibility teams like the Yankees and Astros are still cheating using some kind of new tack?? Seems suspicious their pitching (especially the Yankees) randomly became top in the league.
