    I’m eager to see if Schneider replaces any of the other coaches. He said something like “im happy to be in charge of my own coaching staff” which to me sounded like he would be making some changes. Maybe I read into it too much

    Honestly they should be sweeping the Royals unless they have some kind of crazy performance from one of their starting pitchers. It’s basically a AAA team. 3/4 is an absolute must, and 4/4 is what they should be aiming for.

    Replay room probably gives the manager a YES, NO, or maybe/50/50 call. There’s no way the replay room told him it was a definite YES. They likely said “maybe”. Then its up to the manager to decide. If the player is adamantly saying NO, you go with what he’s saying.

    Exactly. Whether the review was a good call or not, you can’t have the player acting like that and then not even talk to him in the dugout after.
