Yep the pitching is not very strong right now. - Bullpen weakened with Romano and Swanson out - G Cabrera looks like dogshit this year - All the young guys that looked good in spring look awful - Francis is not an MLB caliber starter - Gausman was awful but not really concerned about him

    Yeah not surprising
  8. Stangstag
Not exactly a fluke, but he shouldn’t have been anywhere near the top 3 in CY voting.

There’s a place downtown called Cabanos, excellent smash burger. With fried jalapeños too. Last year they had a Whit Merrifield special/custom burger too. They need a location in the rogers center.

I really wanted to go to one of the games this week, then I thought maybe I’ll wait til the next week against the Yanks. Now im thinking about if I even want to waste my time getting down there.

Kirk is a very lazy player. On D, running the bases, etc.

Because then Biggio gets more at bats than the better guys?

Sigh… Wasted a year because he couldn’t control his diet, now another year wasted with injury. Dude hasn’t moved up at all in 2 years

I feel like the 8 Ks is more alarming. Again, it feels like the Jays hitters have no idea what pitches the guy throws
  19. Stangstag
    Enlightening

Such terrible working conditions. Imagine having to actually ANSWER to a BOSS after working under an old drunk toad for 7 years. Terrible.
  21. Stangstag
    Right. He chose to leave.

Can we also talk about how/why John didn’t challenge the clear catcher interference in Varsho’s first ab?? Our replay room has to be the absolute worst in the league
  23. Stangstag
Knew it would happen. Like clockwork. Tomorrow will be a tight 1-1 game again or some s***

Probably went for a nap after the bottom of the 8th thinking it was over
