    Im debating whether or not to make the trip downtown to catch a final game before the season ends. I’ve only been to a couple this year, normally go see 10+. Would like to get out one more time but the weather has been awful, not sure if its worth it.

    Duran is a great player but unbelievably stupid on the bases. Kinda like Elly DLC but they both have elite speed that makes up for most of the brainfarts.

    Interested to see if they let Sandanter walk, and if they make any splashes in free agency this offseason. There’s really no reason/excuse for them not to sign one of the A-list free agents.

    Yeah that’s pretty damning. Always interesting to hear about things that might be going ok behind the scenes and see that the numbers back it up. Like for example Vlad was pretty bad after he had his hand stepped on a couple years back at Yankee stadium. And Bo has been pretty bad since the calf/leg issues.

    Yup this would have been a nice year to not be s***. Seeming like the final AL wildcard spot will only take 85ish wins. Would be very funny if the O’s fell out of a spot too

    Was it even mid-shelf bourbon?? f***ing crime these places charge so much for such a simple drink. I know a few places that charge $18 for a Negroni made with Gordons and Martini Rosso. Gotta just shake your head at that.

    The drinks add up FAST especially if you're doing cocktails. Pretty much doubles your bill on a date night if you're both ordering drinks. When did the standard cocktail price become $15+???

    Heard that on the Yanks broadcast yesterday and almost choked. Didn’t realize the end was so close. Excited to watch some postseason baseball again. Stress-free this year too since the Jays are out lol

    There IS going to be a breaking point and its fast approaching IMO. McDonalds specifically has gotten into outrageous pricing territory.

    I’d take the McDs because 5 guys has 0 seasoning or flavor. 5 guys is the biggest ripoff around. Bland tasteless overpriced burgers.

    Jaysblue loves to say everyone is declining and sucks, what did you expect etc. If they ARE bad he gets to say "see I told you so!" If they end up having a good year he says "oh it was very lucky, we shouldn't be expecting that going forward"
