The thing about him is he’s pretty much guaranteed not to blow up your K:BB, at least. He can be slightly better than streamable, at times. Usually for the first month I like to try out a bunch of guys to see who sticks (Montas! German!) and I’ll start them all, blowup or not. However after acquiring Thor, and with some guys coming off the DL, it was time to cut loose some chaff. I don’t hate Leake though, I’ll probably own him again at some point this season. However I do wish he hadn’t pooped on my ERA in a week where I have every intention of smacking you around.

For real tho, is Cespedes ever going to play baseball again? YOENIS CESPEDES OF, NEW YORK METS Yoenis Cespedes suffered multiple fractures in his right ankle in an accident on his ranch in Port St. Lucie, Florida on Saturday night. Cespedes had a "violent fall" in a hole and is now in New York being examined by doctors. Mets general manager Brodie Van Wagenen told reporters Monday that it's unclear at this point how this will affect the veteran outfielder's status for 2019 and beyond. He is already rehabbing from dual heel surgeries and has been on the injured list all season but was maybe going to be an option in the second half. More information should be made available later this week.
