  1. Nevermind Mesoraco, keeping Chapman in the pen was an egregious decision.
  2. Baseball Prospectus posted a scouting report on KP this morning... Hit: 5 present/6+ future Power: 4/4 Glove: 5/5 Arm: 5/5 Speed: 5/5 Other: Gamer, solid intangibles. Overall Grade: 5; 2nd division regular
  3. Well, MAG is 26, so I guess the odds are pretty good he could jump right to the majors.
  4. If he's not added this year, he'll probably go early in the waiver draft. Miguel Alfredo Gonzalez should go pretty high as well.
  5. Lol that's crazy... Craig is returning early 2nd round value in a 20 team league.
  6. Single digits? He's already in double digits. He's more of a 20-25 HR guy than a 30-40 HR guy, but he hits for a much higher average than most of the guys in that category. That especially matters in fantasy.
  7. It pains me to say this, but Allen Craig is an RBI machine. This is what Pat Tabler wet dreams are made of.
  8. The only redeeming thing there is that hardonfan92 was almost as wrong as us; Craig is a vastly superior hitter.
  9. Adams, Taveras, Wong, Wacha, Martinez, take your pick. Watch Marco Gonzales turn out to be the best arm in the '13 Draft too.
  10. Remember when we scoffed at the suggestion that Lawrie might have 'only' an "Allen Craig type bat"? That was a dark chapter. But I've moved on and embraced the awesomeness that is the Cardinal Way. Best franchise in baseball.
  11. 3 out of 4 dentists recommend Sydergaard.
  12. Big 4 Averages (BP, BA, Law, Sickels) Syndergaard - 22.8 (H 11, L 34) Sanchez - 34.8 (H 18, L 55)
  13. Matt Smoral doesn't belong anywhere near this thread.
  14. Cheers Darrell. Matt Carpenter doesn't get a lot of respect, but he's pacing all second sackers with a 151 wRC+ and has 15 more runs than Pedroia. That is f***ing studly.
  15. I don't own those guys in DDL. Not a huge believer in Freeman, I think he's an Overbay (in his prime) type. Goldy is a f***ing stud and needs to be Top 15.
  16. Miggy, Davis, Bumgarner, and Buxton are my Top 4 for sure, but after that it's a toss up between Craig, Shields, Matt Carpenter, Zimmerman, and maybe Ryu.
  17. This pleases me greatly, I just traded DeShields for Glasnow & Heaney.
  18. Don't I know it, I'm sure I've made you half a dozen offers on each.
  19. Huh? How do you figure we'll shed that bloated contract? We'd have to eat money to trade him for nothing.
  20. Also, A.J. Ellis is available for a 6th rd pick if anyone wants a backup/platoon C with a nice OBP.
  21. I'm looking to trade Cishek + Street or Pestano (or all 3!) for a slightly better reliever. Anybody need to add some BP depth?
  22. Cheesesteak might have four 100-win teams after this week.
  23. Well yeah, it kinda works to your advantage.
  24. Also, the Munty Crisco division suuuuucks.
  25. FYI, Week 15 doesnt end tonight, it ends next Sunday.
