This is part of the reason I don't like it. Yes, it's a s***** team's own problem that they suck, but I'd still like to help them improve to relevance as soon as possible.

I kinda like having two different drafts, it spaces out the white knuckle excitement. Plus I'm old and resistant to change.

I didn't see that coming, although it's not a crazy pick. It's kind of unthinkable that Montero never hit big league pitching considering what a sure-bet prospect he was, but was athleticism really the problem?

Throwing any match/not setting lineups is grounds for removal from the league; regular season, consolation, or otherwise.

I would way rather win a consolation grudge match in the playoffs than get an extremely minor pick upgrade next year... on picks I probably already traded, no less.

Who the hell would throw a playoff matchup to move up from #16 to #15? If they want it that bad, let them have it.
