  1. I kinda hope so, I like Kang. That will just give me some hilarious ammo to mock Boxy and JFaS.
  2. That's assuming that Tomas is even a good player.
  3. Oh right, that guy who won the league and made the finals both years.
  4. Oh yeah, min has a great team too. And jaysblue has a nice core of mostly 20-somethings.
  5. That actually is a big honour, thank you. I think SG and North are also right there, with you, NJH and Cats Ass a piece or two back. I'm probably forgetting someone, I've been drinking for 5 days straight.
  6. Gibbers is stingy. I could get a Buxton-like haul for Moncada. Boxy would lay down Harvey+ in a heartbeat.
  7. Hell, I would too. Can't really say if he'll actually be worth it though.
  8. You really don't know that. I saw it happen with Bubba Starling, and everybody thought he was worth it.
  9. It would have been a bitch to roster Moncada for several years on the 20 though.
  10. Definitely. A 2nd round MiLB pick landed me a good, young closer and a reunion with Buerhle.
  11. No, because if Matt Adams was cut, we would have all realized immediately and laughed hysterically.
  12. Yes, I don't like to own dislikable, non-superstar players. Sorry Papa Grande and K-Rod! I make exceptions for elite players, see: Puig. Although actually, I like Puig's flair. He hasn't done anything heinous yet that I'm aware of.
  13. I thought about it, but no contribution is worth rooting for him unless it's MVP level.
  14. I think they see Souza as above replacement level, not a star. They probably see Myers as on the precipice of a major value drop. He still has brand value, for now. Another awful season changes that significantly.
  15. The Rays think Wil Myers is an uncoachable idiot and an overrated hitter, that's what it comes down to.
  16. Lest we forget North telling us about Burch Smith's 200 K projection circa February 2014.
  17. It's pretty hilarious that LOD draftsheets and circle jerks were predicated on early Steamer 600 projections for him. It's like every season, people forget that initial projections change substantially on unknowns like Souza before opening day.
  18. Yeah, hitting Stanton is a one way ticket out of Miami. Case in point:
  19. I think Span is replacement level going forward, but I don't like Souza as much as the projection zealots.
  20. http://m.quickmeme.com/img/bb/bb09afeb3d8c2c8d016cbe039c2741ea7eef92c20edac7362d4cc1d29eb4cfe6.jpg
