  1. I've also lately had a very strong desire to punch Terrance "Baby Wipe" Howard right in his smug face.
  2. Francisco Lindor already has 3.1 WAR in only 76 games.
  3. If FTD gets Santana back, I want Garcia back on principle.
  4. Ubaldo has been... well, Ubaldo pretty much since the day NJH traded for him!
  5. Shark has given up 5 or more earnies in 5 of his last 7 starts. Don't hold your breath.
  6. He makes one good stretch at first last night and suddenly the whole argument of Smoak's superior D gets thrown out the window. I'm really just so far beyond caring at this point. I do think it's funny how people look for things to complain about, though.
  7. I have never wanted Joe Kelly to get lit up more than I do today.
  8. I guess technically Edwin was most recently acquired via waivers from Oakland, but I would have liked to see the Rolen-Glaus-ODog branch running from EE station.
  9. You probably thought that from the part where I said "The Wire was great."
  10. Meh, alcoholic cop with demons. Real original. Costanza is far more unique and layered.
  11. McNulty was about as deep as a petri dish. The Wire was great, but that character doesn't even belong in that sentence.
  12. Even moreso because waiver order doesn't carry over to the waiver draft next year, so it's basically last call to use them.
  13. I think we might see a bit of a mini waiver draft this week as playoff teams desperately jettison end of roster players in order to stream categories. There's a strong chance I may have to drop someone like Billy Hamilton or Kelvin Herrera depending on how things look this weekend.
  14. Brandon Crawford exited Tuesday's game against the Diamondbacks with tightness in his left calf and his left side. Those are the two ailments Crawford has dealt with over the last two weeks. It's obviously terrible news for a Giants club whose playoffs hopes are looking slimmer by the day. The shortstop figures to be out for a significant period of time. --- Big blow for Havok. Luckily he has a lot of IF flexibility and can just slot in one of Wong or Alvarez.
  15. You're super welcome. I said that was a bad trade at the time and you tried to say otherwise. Just goes to show I'm smarter than you.
  16. He also just hit 98 on his 112th pitch. Not too shabby.
  17. Rodon stepping up when I need him most! This trade is working out well for both of us.
  18. I'm actually using splitscreen and have a game on tv too.
  19. Quick hook on Carrasco tonight, a rare off night.
  20. I was looking forward to watching Carrasco v Rodon today but it's in delay. A PPD would turn this into a one start week for Carrasco though, which would be nice.
  21. I probably hate Porcello more than any other person on the planet, though.
  22. The only way North would forget to set a lineup in the playoffs is if he was literally dead, so it must have been a choice. Personally I like to play for W and K and let the ratios fall where they may until the weekend. I wouldn't own Porcello, tho.
