He makes one good stretch at first last night and suddenly the whole argument of Smoak's superior D gets thrown out the window.
I'm really just so far beyond caring at this point. I do think it's funny how people look for things to complain about, though.
I guess technically Edwin was most recently acquired via waivers from Oakland, but I would have liked to see the Rolen-Glaus-ODog branch running from EE station.
I think we might see a bit of a mini waiver draft this week as playoff teams desperately jettison end of roster players in order to stream categories. There's a strong chance I may have to drop someone like Billy Hamilton or Kelvin Herrera depending on how things look this weekend.
Brandon Crawford exited Tuesday's game against the Diamondbacks with tightness in his left calf and his left side.
Those are the two ailments Crawford has dealt with over the last two weeks. It's obviously terrible news for a Giants club whose playoffs hopes are looking slimmer by the day. The shortstop figures to be out for a significant period of time.

Big blow for Havok. Luckily he has a lot of IF flexibility and can just slot in one of Wong or Alvarez.
I was looking forward to watching Carrasco v Rodon today but it's in delay. A PPD would turn this into a one start week for Carrasco though, which would be nice.
The only way North would forget to set a lineup in the playoffs is if he was literally dead, so it must have been a choice. Personally I like to play for W and K and let the ratios fall where they may until the weekend. I wouldn't own Porcello, tho.
