  1. He's an argument: Tulo has very little trade value right now. He is in decline and his salary basically makes him a zero value asset.
  2. Jesus f***ing Christ... TEN AND FIVE RIGHTS.
  3. Ok, but to play devil's advocate, he hasn't really shown any power. It would be nice to keep him, sure. He could have Brantley-esque upside. But if he can land us a legit ace on a cheap contract, he's gone.
  4. I really wonder why Cleveland is so eager to trade one of their 3 aces. In any case, clearly their area of need is OF, so I'm guessing they'd ask for Pompey or Alford, and probably both.
  5. I'm guessing they both hang up at roughly the same time after saying goodbye politely.
  6. This trade reaaaaallly didn't work out for me. --- Post on Oct 24, 2012 at 10:43am 5YP receives Tommy Hanson (SP - ATL) Trevor Plouffe (3B - MIN) TP receives Keven Gausman (SP - BAL) Drew Smyly (SP - DET) 5YP 3rd round pick
  7. He's admitted to giving these women qualudes and having sex with them. If it was one woman, I could suspend judgement.
  8. Totally plausible. Cosby, however, is definitely a serial rapist. Even black people have turned on him.
  9. Rough sex! She probably asked for it! #victimshaming
  10. It's certainly in poor taste.
  11. Also, Zach Klein, that's the high five emoji, not a prayer emoji. SMH.
  12. I don't understand the fascination with saying "passed away" rather than "died." You don't "pass away" from a cocaine OD.
  13. Remember when we were CERTAIN that we won the bid on Darvish and then had our hearts broken? Good times.
  14. Yes, I'm sure EE will gladly waive his NTC and we can trade him anywhere we like. He clearly hates it here.
  15. No, cancer.
  16. My mom is dead, guys.
  17. Obviously... I'm FC Champion.
  18. Meh, they're probably pretty equal. If Goins had Miller's league average bat, he'd be a hell of an asset. Goins projects as a terrible hitter going forward though.
  19. Ok, even assuming we trust UZR: UZR says he's adequate, DRS says he's below average, and scouts say he has no chance to stick. The most optimistic outlook is acceptable at best.
  20. stfu 1-8!
  21. They both suck balls.
  22. I don't see that at all. He's been a league average bat through 1,200 PAs, and he's actually hit better at Safeco than on the road. I'm not sure why we suddenly care about UZR (probably because it's convenient for the argument), but Miller is at best passable at SS. I trust DRS over UZR, and I trust scouting over both. The Mariners did jerk him around, and they're a terrible organization, but they wouldn't have done so if he had excelled or given them the indication that he was going to be a star.
