It had less to do with this board, and more to do with my general disdain towards how this team was being run.

That is far from a fact, we really don't know what kind of defense Toritani can provide until he proves it at the big league level for a prolonged period of time. That said, given his age (34), I wouldn't bet on his defense being a positive asset.

That was a missed opportunity. Hopefully the Jays can pitch a scoreless ninth, and win it in the tenth with the middle of the order coming up.

I'm also blown away by the team's BABIP, seemingly every Jay has a BABIP below their career rates.

Thanks for starting the new board, I am a long time reader of the old board, but seldom posted because of the constant trolling and OT discussion. I look forward to posting more on this board, and reading more quality content.
