  1. Getting beaten by Bargs. Ultimate facepalm moment.
  2. Anthony Mason died... Likely a heart attack. Guy averaged over 43 MPG in back-to-back seasons from 95-97! That's pretty impressive for someone his size.
  3. A few weeks ago Demar had a string of games where he had ~8 assists per game but Casey refused to praise him for that and just kept chirping how the team needs him to be their primary scorer. This is why Casey needs to be fired. He has a specific role for Demar and we'll never compete with him in that specific role. Ball movement and unselfish play needs to be emphasized but how is that going to stick when your coach doesn't even preach it? http://www.sportsnet.ca/basketball/nba/raptors-loss-warriors-definition-ugly/ "Quite simply the Warriors have given themselves over to the idea that passing the ball as often and efficiently as possible is a great way to play basketball. The Raptors don’t do this very much. They pass the ball 281 times a game, which is 25th in the NBA and they are second in the NBA in pull-up jumpers – by definition a contested shot — which they convert at just 34 percent." -- There is hope. Last season Warriors passed the ball less than any other team in the NBA, averaging 245.8 per game, this season they average 314 passes a game, which is good for eighth in the league. Improving their ball movement was the single biggest adjustment rookie head coach Steve Kerr pushed for when he took over from Mark Jackson who was fired in the off-season. Despite the Warriors high level of skill they were only 12th in the NBA in offensive efficiency and forcing their offence was identified as a reason why." -- TL;DR Dwane Casey needs to be fired.
  4. lol We used to hear this all the time with the JPR regime. 2 weeks = 10 weeks. Mid April = Mid July
  5. Elaborate plz. thx.
  6. Strict upbringing almost always = rebellion in some way. I guess it's not all his fault. Don't know enough of the backstory.
  7. He's clearly a weak minded individual. You have to be extremely dumb as it is to get into hardcore drugs but to also attribute your recovery to some type of divine intervention from god pretty much pushes you into full retard territory. He should just retire. This is not the lifestyle for him.
  8. http://basketball.realgm.com/wiretap/236809/Larry-Sanders-Explains-Decision-To-Leave-Basketball He is very well spoken. Much respect.
  9. Toronto is not a location to attract big time FA's? If we win, they'll come. Getting paid 50% in US dollars and living in a city with one of the best night lifes in North America = an attraction. Nobody wanted to play here when we sucked. It's clearly changed. Read the article Patterson wrote last week. Perception changes quickly.
  10. We're not as good as we think we are but we're also not as bad as we think we are. This was a tough stretch and losses were expected. They didn't get embarrassed by any means. Definitely not panicking.
  11. To be fair, he was quite gassed. Looked like he could barely stand when he came out around the 6 minute mark.
  12. New Orleans made shots down the stretch. Credit where credit is due.
  13. Excellent half.
  14. Those camera men are too f***ing close to the court. He's extremely lucky to not have a concussion there.
  15. Outstanding effort from JV and Lowry there. Wow.
  16. Brutal how?
  17. Great ball movement, great shot selection (without Demar on the floor). Impressive start.
  18. Atta boy Lou
  19. Get Demar out of there. Retarded shot selection.
  20. Demar in full Kobe mode early... Long 2 after long 2...
  21. David Locke @Lockedonsports Follow 5 best FG% on drives (top 100 drivers) James Johnson 67% Steph Curry 57% D Wade 56% LeBron 55% Durant 55% 1:46 PM - 23 Feb 2015
  22. Rofl Asik. Flop
  23. Great start. Attacking the rim. Love it.
  24. JJ can get to the rim at will.
  25. AD out tonight. Gotta win this one. Make up for that horrible performance against them at home a few weeks back.
