    Wonder what the upper bowl market will look like. At the Raptors peak a few years back against Brooklyn.. upper bowls maxed out around 150$ in the secondary market. Tough call. Jays are more popular but there is so much more supply. I expect to pay like 120-130.

    They definitely need to revitalize the outside of the stadium. The south west corner of the stadium (near Bremner and spadina) is so bland. I know they do concerts there but its so ugly. More statues on the southeast side (only statue is Ted Rogers... Stupid). Fix the freaking waterfalls Make an area where food trucks can easily park. Even tho this might cut into their revenue inside it'll enhance the experience and more people will come down to the dome. I'm fine with the colour scheme outside. The roof looks so sexy when it's all lit up at night. Just re-paint the concrete.
