I think the thing that gets me the most is that he takes two pointers from literally a foot inside the three point line. It's the most inefficient shot in the game. Either find a way to get inside or take the 3. Consistently taking long 2's is a recipe for disaster.

I can understand blowing leads of like 2-3 runs consistently but this team is blowing massive leads.

Did his offensive schemes really improve all season though? He needs to learn how to control Derozan. DD could be an elite player if he stopped relying on his mid range game so much. As a coach he needed to enforce more efficient shot taking but he failed at this.

Okafor as a backup centre would be a dream. Rumors out of Houston that Chandler Parsons might be on the block. He's still relatively young and fairly efficient player. Would have to be contingent on signing long-term though. He'd be a fantastic 3. You'd probably have to give up Ross to get him though and he'd likely command 8-10M a year.

He can also still bust out every once in a while and give you some much needed scoring off the bench (Almost 30 games this year with at least >15 points). Salmons cannot provide this.

Vince can still play. Guy can still shoot 40% from 3 and his efficiency stats still show him as an above-average player. He's kept himself in fantastic shape and has adapted to his bench role really well. You don't ever hear about him pouting or causing disruptions anymore. He's really matured.

Real rumors coming out today from ESPN that the Raps are pursuing Vince Carter. This would be a perfect signing. He'd be replacing John Salmons and Vince can still play at an effective level with limited minutes. He'd be a perfect wing player to come off the bench for us. He'd also be extra motivated.

At the end of the game as the team was walking off... the "Lets Go Raptors" chants just kept going. The game was already finished and everyone was obviously heartbroken but they kept showing the players love. It is a scene that I will never forget. I know that it sounds corny and stupid and stuff but I just got so emotionally invested in this team over the last 3-4 months. I truly think that great things are on the horizon and that we have something to build on here. I'm pretty bummed tonight but it's a different feeling. I cannot wait for to see what this offseason brings. Couple of savvy trades, good drafting, re-signing Lowry... We're in good shape.

Watching the replay of that final play is ENRAGING. Ross was clearly supposed to go to the far corner to be a bail-out option but he just inexplicably stands at the elbow (like 5 feet behind the 3 point line...) so his defender collapsed in on Lowry basically creating a triple-team. That will likely go unnoticed but another terrible, idiotic play from Ross. That probably cost them the series right there. If Lowry gets the shot off clean he likely makes it.

There was a ton of contact on that last play. The refs could've called a foul if they wanted to.
