Question. Why do people who ridicule me going young, all of a sudden have a strong interest in my players when their old players are retiring or fall off a cliff?

I hope not. As for the other part, I wouldn't trade Lawrie, Norris & Sanchez for Donaldson. Donaldson has likely peaked and will be getting paid soon. So we'd essentially be paying for past performance on an asset unlikely to be getting better. And giving up young players not yet in need of being "paid" and heading into their prime opposed to away from it.

And as important as Ghandi & Mandela are to the World, they don't interest me. I'd rather drive some routes and spots where Bonnie & Clyde took, visit Deeley Plaza again, or siginifcant WWII, Civil War battlegrounds.

The statues would be at the venue and only of great players who played and brought life and memories to that neighbourhood, burrough, City, Province or State or Country.
