    Why should I? Should I strive to help inmates become better "people", or should I strive to help incompetent managers out? It's a lose lose situation. So I help myself out, doing what I'm asked.

    Every day the entire facility is staffed for each employee to perform particular tasks so that everything is being taken care of. So if I go above and beyond and do extra work, I'm actually doing someone else's job. And I'm a Correctional Officer, a Provincial employee. I'm not a Provincial Enforcement Officer, I've actually never heard that term before.

    No difference in pay between the best worker and the worst. No bonuses either.

    I don't ever remember saying I slept all day. And really, I'm not a bad employee. I just don't strive to be an excellent employee. There's absolutely no incentive to.

    The media doesn't really care what goes on in jail. They just wanna know the guys and girls are in custody. I love whistle blowers and when things are deservedly made public.

    I liked that he made it publically known he wasn't happy about hearing Beeston talk about '92 & '93. Or listening to Alex pretend to sell a poorly built team as a contender. Poor Jays FO.

    Better than listening to Beeston ramble on about '92 & '93. And Alex's love of expensive, veteran, has-beens with "back" stories is wearing thin. Time to get called out. And who better than the best player on the team.

    I'm glad Bautista made it public. Beeston's an inept figure head and Alex is tumbling down the road of trying to appease to the masses, being a critical error in judgement with the s*** players he brought in via trade. Two idiots needing to be publically tarred for some time, because the Toronto sports media is soft and insulates the teams.
