    Blue Jays have not sucked for the better part of a decade or regularly traded stars for prospects, like "some other teams". I wish they would take a hybrid Rays approach..... and regularly trade cost controlled players for a prospect haul, even during winning seasons, while operating with 2x the Rays player budget.
