  1. I'd argue that his biggest issue is a complete inability to make contact with the ball.

They were clear favourites against a s***** San Jose team, so I assume a large portion of the betting community did, yes.
  3. In his defense, he once unironically threw hard fists at his own face on TV, so I'm not sure he's the sharpest knife in the drawer.

Remind me to never bet on the Leafs again, please. No matter the opponent.
  5. Yeah, I thought about this, but thought it would be a lot less fun than playing out matchups. You may be right that it's more trouble to setup than it's worth.
  6. I'm just spitballing here, but would there be interest in a league like this? It could be a weekly matchup single elimination tournament (just like our regular playoff format) featuring the top teams from all the board leagues, seeded by z-scored team stats or something. We could do it based on either the previous season's results or by the top teams at the current season's trade deadline (or another obvious cut-off), as was previously suggested. Maybe we could even scrounge together a board prize of some sort for the ultimate winner? LoD's participation could be determined via a popular vote, but this might be fun for the 20-teamers at least.
  7. Do you know if Fantrax allows for multiple instances of the same player?
  8. Jesus. That rivals my BBDL team: Contreras-Alonso-J. Ramirez-Lindor-Bellinger-Soler-Springer-E. Suarez It's too bad we couldn't somehow do a super elite cross-league showdown series. It would be fun to pit the board's best teams against one another for a tournament for all the glory.
  9. ^^Nick Burdi was the Burdi taken, or so a little birdie tells me.
  10. That's very impressive, although I think I might have that beaten in DDL. Judge-K. Marte-Bichette-Rendon-Alonso
  11. Is that elite SP/RP John Gant? The last of the true aces. Pretty great pick for a now true dynasty league.
  12. Here's every cheat code you'll ever need. https://www.bluejaysmessageboard.com/misc.php?do=bbcode
  13. Why wait the two days? Just open 'er up now. Is there any distinguishable or obvious difference between any of the remaining players? My guess is that there isn't.
  14. James Dykstra or Connor Overton, probably.
  15. Took Jose Castillo and emailed z3r0s.
  16. I've taken Matt Strahm. Not a bad pickup for a now true dynasty league.
  17. Practicing for road games no doubt.
  18. Whoa. You and I share the exact same taste in prospects evidently. Great list!
  19. I believe these have always been the three options of the past. Pick a sleeper, a bust, and a new legit guy. This has always been a bit ambiguous, but it's just for fun anyway. Open to interpretation. Let's go!
  20. I wish it were Calgary.
  21. I'm here. Give me a couple minutes to pick.
  22. What if "we" (not me) could round up a couple of other interested parties to replace the three exiting managers and conduct a dispersal draft? Would you commit?
