How would Flores be as a backup? Is the defense good enough?
I feel like his bat still has some potential, if he can stay healthy.
Edit: I'm legitimately asking, as I have nary a clue how his defense is. I'm guessing average at best?

It's not like Russell Martin wasn't looking for a team with a vacancy or "vacancy" in the off-season or anything. AA should have been all over that one. How he could somehow think JPA would drastically improve his defense in one season blows my f***ing mind.

Just going purely by his results/numbers, he's pretty intriguing. I'd love to see how he does in the higher levels, starting with A-ball.
