    I legit don't think they'd move him for any prospect at this point. Winning a WS matters more than anything else, and it's hard to see a scenario where the probability of that happening this year doesn't drop with a Greinke trade.

    It goes a bit beyond that. Cito pretty much single-handedly drove Shaun Green and John Olreud out of town because they didn't hit the way he wanted them to. Guy was a giant *******, and his ego was f***ing huge.

    I'm interested in hearing what the "he's done great so far" crowd are looking at. Guy has a 4.50 xFIP. Is it just run prevention people are looking at? You can make a pretty sound argument that he's only had three good starts all season.

    Norris is going to et crushed if he's inserted into the rotation now. He's walking 4/9 in AAA, and isn't going to strike out enough to make up for it. He's also a flyball pitcher. An 8/4.5 K/BB and 40% GB rate is not going to cut it.

    If you were looking at anything but ERA you'd see that they're pretty much equally talented.

    Might be looking to re-tool my roster a bit. I could be shopping the following players for top-100 prospects and 1st round picks: Ethier (CF eligibility an 139 wRC+) Trumbo Choo Robertson Davis Romo Betances Kendrick For Kendrick and Betances, I'd also consider a quality OF or SP in their prime.

    Ross seems like a guy with huge potential to be a disaster. Giant injury risk, and he's rely tall and tends to lose his mechanics. I wouldn't want to bring him over from PETCO.
