There's a lot of GDT Gibby outrage, because he's a terrible in-game tactician. But it's become obvious that the players love playing for him, which is really all that matters.

A bit surprised at the commitment. I guess him possibly being a plus defender at short as well as a plus runner gives him a high enough floor even if the bat doesn't develop how they hope it will.

I don't have him in any league. I posted it here because, of the three guys who own him in the keeper leagues, TRM seemed like the most fun person to annoy.

Seeing as Rogers is in the business of maximizing profit, I'm assuming they've determined that allowing games to be streamed on MLB.tv is best for business. A lot of people who engage with the product on MLB.TV would not pay to do so if the games were blacked out. They'd watch other teams on MLB.tv, find illegal streams, or login in to Sportsnet now using someone else's info. There probably just isn't that many people who a) already don't have cable, and would buy cable just to watch the Jays. Probably there's more money in growing their brand across the country by not blacking games out.
