How do these guys justify leaving Billy Wagner off while not using their maximum amount of votes? You might as well just not let relievers in if the current threshold is that nobody with a lesser resume than Rivera or Hoffman deserves to be in. The only current potential HoF relievers that have been around long enough that it makes sense to compare them to Wagner are Jansen, Kimbrel, and Chapman. And all of them will need a few more good seasons to be on Wagner's level.

Yup, if you draft a prospect with no MLB games and no green flag a commish will move them to the farm.

26-man MLB rosters 15-man minor league rosters unlimted IL (only for red flag players) The NPD will be any MLB-affiliated player with no MLB games played (including international signings like Suzuki if he signs before the draft)

BTW, I don't expect these to go soon, but waiver priorities 3, 19, and 11 have been added to the list of available assets.
