Offense was/is a bit of a mess with positional eligibility losses. Lots of moves to make this offseason.

I still have a couple of moves I'd like to make. Would move Hunter Renfroe or Elehuris Montero for someone with 2B/SS eligibility or picks/prospects. Renfroe is averaging 30HR, 72R and 84RBI the last two years with a 257/315/496 slash.

They have the same problem at forward. They haven't been able to develop anything except maybe Robertson, so they're paper thin after their top-6. Bunting and Robertson are top-6 forwards for them, and might be playing above their talent level, and the bottom 6 is Kerfoot, Kampf, Jarnkrok, Malgin, Engvall, Aston-Reese, and Aube-Kubel. They might not actually be a good team.

I hate this idea. I like the finality of knowing that the call I just saw is the final call. It should be all human umps or all robo-umps. I don’t want to see ball/strike calls in big moments reversed.

Law sucks. If someone hired an old white retread over a Latino candidate looking for his first managerial job, Law would also be complaining. He doesn't actually think it matters that Rojas has previous experience.

I don't actually think Canadians would get upset if someone in Mexico or Japan suggested that a Canadian in their league might want to play on a team with a lot of Americans because they speak the same language. That would actually make a lot of sense. -

I will now pump the Rays' tires: I think they'll do something to address their offense and look like ALE favourites come April. Their rotation right now is McClanahan Glasnow Springs Rasmussen Patino Beeks/Chirinos/Romero They need to consolidate pitching/prospect capital into a star bat who can hit in the middle of their lineup.
