  1. Mostly because I'm far too impatient, really want to get to pick 9 tonight and don't expect any picks from 6:30 to 10:30
  2. We can commish process any late drops that happen in the next two hours.
  3. There's a couple things I'm open to doing: - Jose Abreu for a 1st rounder or 2nd and an upgrade on Brooks Raley or Chris Martin - Elehuris Montero for an upgrade on Raley or Martin - Josh Lowe for a 2nd - My 2024 2nd for a 2nd in this draft
  4. If you had done this for wife #1 you wouldn’t be shopping for wife #2 right now
  5. I think Spanky still has a championship caliber roster to be honest
  6. Trade seems really fair. Nice deal.
  7. We’re 30 picks into the BORED draft and the only person who has tried to use the queue is L54. People don’t like the queue. They reject the queue.
  8. Weird for Oakland. Puk is a good reliever.
  9. Happy Birthday from one super really ancient old-timer (89). Life doesn't start until 70.
  10. Elehuris Montero available available for a 2023 pick or good reliever. I like the potential of his bat at Coors and that he's out of options, but I have one too many bats.
  11. Cant even scroll on desktop
  12. Michael Brantley IS available in DDL
  13. Racist Twitter flagging this as potentially sensitive content
  14. Thank you for fixing your illegal roster
  15. I see Darvish more as Charlie Morton than Verlander
  16. Yeah, if he stays healthy and has a 4+ win season, the extension will be a bit less than he would have gotten on the market. But the odds of that are, what? 15%? Less? And they've prematurely risked a 90M sunk cost betting on that outcome.
  17. That seems very unlikely though. He's 36 and that was the second best year of his career.
  18. It's hard to take you seriously because you start from the premise that every contract is good, and then find the defense of it. I don't think there's a single contract this offseason that you were willing to concede doesn't seem likely to work out well.
  19. I want to see the analysis that led them to believe they had to do this now. Worst case he breaks this year and you don't want him back next year. Best case he has a 3-4 win season, and you probably still get him with a 5/90 offer going into his age-37 season.
