  1. If anyone has a d-man that gets lots of blocks and plays friday and sunday I'll move Bogosian and/or 1st waiver for him
  2. Will Ferrell retires the only player he faces.
  3. Me losing 10-2 isn't at all unlikely.
  4. What tests we talking about?
  5. GD, start your goddamn players plz.
  6. It actually worked out as well as we can expect our guys to work out. Stud - Arrieta, Stroman Solid guy - Tillman, Hutchison relief ace - Britton, Norris relief guy - Matusz, Sanchez new guys - Bundy/Gausman, Hoffman/Osuna Would be a pretty ok turnout.
  7. Relievers who collect a lot of saves end up costing more money. With Cecil only around for two more years, it makes a ton of sense to let him collect saves and drive his market value up for some other team to pay.
  8. Well yeah, but I don't think Gibby is about to break that mold so I'd just prefer to have the best reliever closing.
  9. A lot of people seem to think that setup men see the higher leverage situations, but most of the time that's not true. The two most discussed setup men were Davis and Betances last year, but Holland and Robertson saw the higher leverage situations as closers.
  10. He's arb-eligible in 2016 too. But that's exactly why you would have someone close. Have your best reliever pitch in high leverage situations, and let some other team pay for the saves after the season.
  11. The Orioles rotation was going to be monstrous: Tillman, Matusz, Britton, and Arrieta were going to be stars.
  12. Meh, the fortunate teams are the ones who see most of their top prospects pan out. If two years from now we have Stroman as a 1/2 and Norris and Hutch as solid 2/3 types while Sanchez has busted and Hoffman is struggling I'll consider it a great success.
  13. Until two of them bust and another has his career derailed by injuries.
  14. Man I loved Shaun Marcum. Guy was a bulldog, and pretty unique/fun to watch.
  15. Closers see higher leverage situations than anyone else.
  16. Loved that.
  17. For sure. I own him in a forum dynasty league and I'm holding my breath on every pitch lol.
  18. Yeah, he just carved the Braves up. Fastball, slider, and splitter all sharp with pinpoint command.
  19. Tanaka about to pitch for the first time this year.

  21. Ferrell's swing looks better.
  22. Will Ferrell just struck out swinging in his first PA
