A lot will depend on his 2015 for me (obviously). With the Edwin and Bautista extensions looming and Buehrle walking, Dickey @ 1/12 could be pretty attractive. Any signs of decline and I'd probably pass.

Maybe. He's like 60, and could very well fall off the map completely this year.

I'm cautiously optimistic. Won't get to full chub until he swats a couple of dingers.

I can respect his decision to go out while still at his peak. Would be sad to see him go though. Love Buehrle, and it seems like he can pitch forever.

I know why you said it. I don't think it's quite so cut and dry as saying a guy was great in a start when he gets hit around but has a low xFIP.

I think he could break his own record. Lineup is lethal 1-9 (except Braun who suxxx). Rotation has two top-5 starters, 2 number 2 starers, a couple of nice back end guys. 4 closers in the pen. Glad I don't see him again.

He seems close. Fastball command (and possibly velo by a tick?) hasn't been quite as sharp as we saw it last year, but the slider looks great. I think we'll see huge game from him in the next few starts.
