  3. 24. Vlad, Jr. Guerrero, 3B, Toronto Blue Jays Video Signed: July 2nd Period, 2015 from Dominican Republic Age 18 Height 6’1 Weight 200 Bat/Throw R/R Tool Grades (Present/Future) Hit Raw Power Game Power Run Fielding Throw 35/60 60/70 40/60 40/30 40/45 60/60 Scouting Summary I’ve spoken with several sources (both with Toronto and without) who think Guerrero will be in the big leagues before he turns 21. He has elite bat speed and power potential with surprising bat control for such a high-effort swing. His approach at the plate is, predictably, epicurean. But embedded deep within his genealogy is an ability to make this approach viable, and when Guerrero is poking at balls just a few inches above the dirt, his strength/bat speed is so good that the ball still jumps off his bat and into the gaps. At this age with this build, he’s likely ticketed for first base or an outfield corner in the future, but nobody seems to care.

  11. Was at the game and had a great time with my kids and my mom First time in Dunedin for me. I knew it wasn't a great facility but I've always wanted to check it out. Love the chill atmosphere Game was meh but I didn't care I sat behind the team Canada dugout. No one had more energy or smiled bigger than Dalton Pompey. Still cheering hard for him Got a selfie taken with Jason Grilli who complained about why everyone calls them selfies. Lol. He hung around by the clubhouse area quite a bit and was super approachable. Connor Greene has killer stuff. Also met him after the game along the RF fence. He signed my son's baseball while I told him we hoped we'd see him again in September. He very sincerely replied "to be honest I'm hoping it's June, big fella" Also got an autograph from Alford who was super quiet but hung out a while. I appreciated that and the fans were cool and grateful Many of the big name players weren't there. Those that were didn't come anywhere near the fans after the game. Neither did Gibby LOL Great time. Glad we went
