    Colby Rasmus got a world series ring when he was with us when the Cards won after trading him mid season 25 years ago don't know if they would have done that for a guy who had 2 PA at age 21. Must have been pinch hit appearances during Sept call-ups or something.

    Had to look He had two major league plate appearances in 1993, was not on the post season roster. He got a ring anyway? To my point though he never appeared in the playoffs as a Blue Jay. Trout appeared as an Angel. For one series. Still sad for sure.

    No idea Bbref shows 12 errors in 81 games this year but that's not very meaningful. Same goes for the . 945 fielding percentage.

    TY So yeah... Let him debut mid-late April 2019 and play 3B for an extended period of time. Donaldson is gone, and the team is going to suck next year anyway Let him play 3B all year no matter what, maybe occasional days off to DH. If he plays third acceptably, great. If he doesn't by that point, move him to 1B next off season between 2019/2020.
