  1. Pirates sweep Angels http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/baseball/mlb/gameflash/2013/06/23/48550/index.html#recap 10-9. Dat picthing staff! Wow the Angels stink
  2. Sweet, no Bucholtz or Lackey! http://www.cbssports.com/mlb/blog/eye-on-baseball/22508443/clay-buchholzs-return-delayed Who are we sending out vs each?
  3. That would be so fantastically epically righteously sweet
  4. Dunno. Facebook ate Myspace...
  5. 100% And I still believe his bat will be at least league average. (Used to think would be well above average but no longer see that as likely) Elite defender Average hitter Above average speed That's a good player for 500k But he needs to mature and stop getting hurt so much as well.
  6. It *is* possible Izturis or Kawasaki could be just that. Izturis has looked better and better as the year goes on. With everyday playing and moving back to 2B when Lawrie is back he could actually be OK.
  7. It was 10:1 girls to to guys. Was pretty cool. Bribed the doorman $100 to let two of us in. We got in ahead of a lineup hundreds of people long.
  8. I went to Nicky Hilton's 24th birthday party (PR thing) at Pure in Las Vegas a few years ago.
  9. I f***ing love that too
  10. Post of the day. Haha.
  11. Not one person has mentioned trading Jose Reyes.
  12. Only sort of. Lawrie is 3B only and none of the other guys are a legit 3B option. But yes, one of the other infielders will have to be optioned or DFA.
  13. Well maybe a bit better than that. Rotoworld: Brett Lawrie (ankle) took grounders and some light batting practice on Wednesday afternoon. It's a nice step in the right direction for the young third baseman, who injured his ankle on a slide on May 27. He should be cleared to run the bases in about one week. Then comes the minor league rehab assignment. The best guess right now is that he's back in early July. Jun 19 - 4:25 PM Source: Gregor Chisholm on Twitter
  14. Ne. He's just working out. No game type activity yet.
  15. It's OK dude. We'll get to party with Josh Hamilton and Paris Hilton.
  16. The problem is we have 3 so-so middle infielders right now in Kawasaki, Izturis and Bonifacio If we're going to pick someone up I want it to be a large upgrade or else why bother?
  17. It had a conniption fit and got suspended for one game
  18. Baseball writers on FoxSports and ESPN (Rosenthal, Olney, et al)
  19. It seemed likely But guess not...
  20. Things feel quite different now...
  21. After their horrible Aprils, everyone was asking which big off season mover was most likely to recover - Angels, Dodgers, or Blue Jays. No one picked the Angels. A few picked the Jays. And here we are.
  22. This list reminds me - how nice would Joe Mauer look at catcher? Equally handsome. Better catching and OBP skills.
